Jonathan's practice includes all aspects of domestic and international copyright, trademark and licensing law. Jonathan represents entertainment companies, intellectual property rights holders, manufacturing entities and various other types of businesses and individuals in transactional, contract and licensing matters, as well as in all areas of corporate, business and housing law. Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan practiced with Brown Rudnick Freed and Gesmer, an international law firm based in Boston, and Bulkley Richardson and Gelinas, the largest firm in Western Massachusetts. More recently, Jonathan was in-house corporate counsel to a software development company based in New York City. Jonathan was awarded a B.A. from Haverford College and graduated with honors from Boston College Law School, where he was an editor of the Boston College Law Review. He is a member of the bars of Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire.
